I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2008 with a BS in Kinesiology Exercise Science and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Board certified and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, I specialize in outpatient physical therapy, with extensive experience in orthopedic concerns and sports-related injuries. My background includes working in hospital-based clinics and private practice, where I've successfully treated a diverse population. I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic spine dysfunction, as well as shoulder and knee pathologies. As a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running, I leverage my passion to help individuals return to sport and activity with full performance. My approach involves designing individualized care plans through conservative treatment and education, addressing not just symptoms but also the root of the problem for lasting results and an improved quality of life.
